What was I thinking?

This week is the last of the current session at work. The next classes start on the 4th of April. I will be teaching 2 classes instead of one. I just found out 12 hours ago and feel as if I am going to lose my mind trying to figure all this out. We're talking 80+ students' papers to grade 1-2 times per week. 4 hours of live chat sessions. 2 hours of "Office Hours"...

Scrapbooking Thursdays ends this Thursday. The only other day that I have anything is on Tuesdays, Bible Study. I love bible study! The kids and I just started back to church on Sundays. Why does it seem that I won't have enough time? Why am I overwhelmed? Why do I feel guilty going to Bible Study and spending some time with friends when I should be cleaning, doing laundry or grading papers?

I already spent 15+ hours a week on one class.... so 2 will be 30+ hours... Sounds like a "almost" full-time job. Why is this so difficult to understand?

So the facts are:
2 classes
30+ hours a week
Double pay
Double Work
Double papers to grade
Major cutbacks in my already minimal social life

Maybe this will make more sense tomorrow.

For now... I'm going to read books with the kids.
